On my way home today from a weekend waterfall workshop (we had plenty to shoot!) I stopped by some property we bought last year up on Cave Mountain - I remembered there was a nice creek that lept off the bluffline and headed down towards the Buffalo and figured it might be running today. I found a couple of really nice waterfalls below and lots of green cascades...
Hey Tim,
Great image. I love the moss! I am planning on coming up your way this week. If I bring my 10 year old, would Indian Creek be too rough for him? - scott
Indian Creek is pretty tough Scott, although it would be rather incredible here for the next day or two with all the rain today. I guess it depends on how tough he is - no official trail, you would be wading the creek some, scrambling up steep bluffs and hiking slick trail along the edge of big dropoffs. I could probably have done it at ten, but then I was kind of weird!

8 repliesThanks for posting, nothing beats water and moss on a cloudy day. Well maybe a bunch of wildflowers thrown in would be a little icing on the cake.
Perhaps with this wet spring we'll have some nice WF displays once it warms up.
