Golden Eagle
Here is another image from Finland. This is an adult Golden Eagle. As I had cut part of one wing of anyway I decided on a more narrow crop.

1D MarkIII + 500/4; iso400, 1/2000, f5; hide, cropped

Magnificent bird, must be great to see these in the wild. I agree with you about cropping the other wing to balance it up. Perhaps even a slightly tighter crop may make it look more intentional?

The only thing I could say to have made this one better would have been to have it framed as this in the camera. 1.4x tc?

Hi Rene, I'm not sure who Lassi is. This was with Finnature in a hide in Utajarvi. :wavey:

Yes i know that hide, been there as well. I have used the hide in Olanka many times.
