Ah yes, dust spotting - Quite right, I have got out of the habit of dust removal requirements for Canon files now I shoot the Oly system.
One theory I have seen is that the huge mirror swinging about creates a vortex in the DsII body stirring up a bit of dust cloud, hence its apparent ability to manufacture dust between shots. I used to clean the DsII before and after use and still have dust issues with the files. I haven't used my sensor brushes once since going over to the '4/3rds' system - bliss
I like that Mike. Under-rated and interesting subjects IMO. I spent twenty minutes in a service station on the M5 today with these chaps strutting around, courting, mating and performing all manner of interesting displays just fifteen yards away, totally oblivious to the people walking past them, My camera? 50 miles away in the cupboard. Story of my life. Eric

Nice shot, showing good detail and colour in the plumage. Your sensor needs a good clean, there's some real big bits of dirt on the image

Very nice capture! I agree if the subject was a little more towards the left the composition would have been nicer!
Want to borrow the Artic Butterfly!
