Have not had a lot of time to go out or post recently as i have been working very hard on my own Dutch naturephotography forum-website.
Yesterday however i took the day off as i had fellow UKNP member Paul Ashton over for a visit as he was in Holland for business and we went out to look for Long Eared Owls, Buethroats and other stuff. We had chosen a bad day as the weather was awfull thus spoiling most of our chances..
We did see the LEO's and the Bluethroat but getting them in front of the lens was a whole other story due to the rain..
Nevertheless Paul and i had a lot of fun and we did manage to get some interesting shots at the end of the day..
Here's one of them of a Reed Bunting..

Lovely shot Jeroen. Simple composition and tones make this a restful image. One for the wall. Next time you do the driving!
Thanks for a very enjoyable day.

Very nice capture! I noticed you've unglued the 2.0x TC and placed a 1.4x TC!
Thanks for your comment!
After seeing the results of the Canon 2x Converter i just had to get a 1,4....
