Eagle Owl (c)
Taken today during a flight session with Kaln, the Eagle Owl.

I know I do a lot of captive bird shots but it does provide me with good practice. Here I was looking more for an action shot as a test run

Thanks for looking

Well caught Vince :toast:

For me, i feel the close bg being rendered quite sharp, has removed the sense of speed to my eye, even though the birds wing position suggests full flight.

Hello Vincent, I have to agree with Alan, the background is far too distracting on this one. Shame really, because I think the bird itself is in a good position.
