Juxtaposition
My goal today was to try to shoot raindrop patterns in the puddle on my deck. However, once I started shooting, I didn't see the ripple patterns, but the reflection in the puddle and the juxtaposition of the live tree with the treated wood in a dreary setting caught my attention...

Enjoy,

Tim!

Good eye to see this, Tim. It really is an interesting juxtaposition. I'm trying to decide whether I like it better with that little triangle of "reality" in the ULC cropped out...I think I do.

Interesting image, Tim. I do like the image better with a crop to eliminate the wood in the upper left.

Thanks for sharing

Good eye, Tim. I think a lot of us might have missed seeing this.

You two are right! I thought that I had cropped that out! I took about a dozen of these images and cropped out the edge of the deck on many of them, but I don't know why this one slipped through...

It's always fun to see the world through others' eyes. Most people would just walk past this and not notice. Well seen, Tim.
