How do you choose which picture to place in your stock photography collection? Do you sell all of your photography as stock if you get the chance or only certain pieces?

Thanks everyone!

Not to long ago agencies used to pick what they wanted and return the rest and I guess some still do. That made it easy to choose but today it can be hard. I would not hold back an image unless you feel it will have more value in another venue today. If your goal is to gain income form your images they don't do that sitting in files, cd's,or hard drives. Non nature images can have a very short lifespan in the market. What you do want to hold back is images you don't feel are a good representation of yourself/talent. A secondary agency or even a clip art type might be a avenue you wish to try with those images as long as they are not too close to your better offerings. I did not use the clip art unmanaged images sales myself but I know everyones situation is different.
