Visiting Hamilton, ON via Buffalo, NY - Suggestions?

I will be spending four days in Hamilton, Ontario on business in a couple weeks by way of Buffalo, NY. I plan to visit Niagara at least once as I have to travel past it.
I love avain photgraphy and would enjoy getting new images of species not available in my region (Pacific NW US). If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate hearing them!

I'm not a big birder, but I have an uncle in southern Ontario who is fanatical. Through him, I know that the spring migration is happening along the Niagara Escarpment (which runs through Hamilton). Lots of raptors, etc.
You might try this site: http://outdoorontario.net/birds/phpBB/ as a place to start. There are lots of other Ontario birding sites. Just google "Ontario birding".
