Jackdaw landing on stump
Closer to home than the Pantanal (My son lives in Brazil now).
From my hide at home..Jackdaw coming in to land on baited stump.

Raw, PS CS3

Almost perfect timing Paula,

Had you caught it a fraction earlier, you may have had the choice of excluding the stump and not clipping the tail....................either way, its well caught and the eye is nicely visable for a head-on shot!!

Not an easy shot, and i'm still envious of your legendary greenfinch :toast:

Great shot !
The bird a teeny bit over to the right maybe, but no big deal.
Cheers

Grand capture Paula :toast:

Agree with John - bit more to the right - and perhaps a re-white balance? :wavey:

Great capture and I love the expression. Agree about moving the bird a little to the right
