Here's another. These are from a lil field trip Becca and I took yesterday back to the Sand Dunes. Saw a few other shooters out there, but no-one I knew.

Yowza!!! These are killer shots James! We're going to have to start calling you the Sandman or something. Talk about being on a roll.
I love the abstract nature of the sand, snow wave crest in the first one.
The third one just says BAM! Talk about powerful elements, sand, snow and sky all coming together. And this is one of the best shots I have seen of Crestone and the Neddle from the west side. The blue sky really works to set a nice background for the snowy peaks.
Excellent job... Again! Makes me really wish I had gone now!

Great images! I really like the first one. Very abstract.

All three are very nice in their own way. I'm gonna have to get my butt out there before the snow melts on the Sangres.

Yeah Guy,
If you wait any longer you will have to hike into the S. Colony Lakes area for a close up view of Crestone!

Wow James! Nicely saturated! #1 is really cool, #3 is my favorite.

Good stuff! I like the light in #2 but I also really like how the snow stands out so much in #3. I'm still always amazed that this is in Colorado... seems like a scene from the high deserts of Tibet or something.

Those snow covered peaks sure do look impressive! Very nice series.
If it weren't for those dunes, I'd mistake this as a view of Whitney from Owen's Valley.

Awesome images, I have to agree that #3 really stand out. I was going to wait until May to head down there, but I might have to go sooner...
