Hideout Hollow in Spring
Taken a couple of years ago just before I attended a workshop put on by a local fellow ... a man of some renown as I recall.

Hideout Hollow in light fog, just a trickle of water flowing but the dogwoods were in bloom in the area during my visit.

Here's hoping for some great shooting conditions and weather for the CSNP Spring Gathering 2008! Hope to see you all there!

Wow! What a beautiful shot Wayne. The light was fantastic and you composed the shot perfectly. The only thing that might improve this would be more water, but still very nice as is. :toast:

Wonderful image Wayne, I really like the color on the rock in the foreground it leads me right in to the flowering dogwood. The cliff in the background really makes for a very complete scene. Very well done!

Way to go Wayne. The fog is an added bonus to a beautiful setting. :toast:

Beautiful work. The bluff line and the lines of blossoms converge on the topmost burst of dogwood blooms.

Wayne,
Wow, that's gorgeous. Love the composition and the mood the fog brings. Hope you get more of that on your trip!

Wayne, the green mixed with the fog really makes this shot for me.

Wayne I keep coming back to this because it's so good. This is the kind of view that made me take up photography in the first place. I had hiked Arkansas for years and wanted to show people why I kept going back. Gorgeous!

This is beautiful Wayne. Are you guaranteeing shots like this at the outing?

Nice shot Wayne. All those layers really draw you into the photograph. The fog was pretty much perfect and really adds to the impact of the shot.
