Can anyone help me ID the plant pictured at the following links?

I know that these aren't very good images, but they're all I was given.

Any assistance is greatly, greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Kerry, I'm guessing this is a Dracaena marginata. I'd start there, anyway. If you Google it & hit "images", you'll see a bunch of them & see if you think it looks the same. There are gazillions of varieties of Dracaena, or Ficus bush, or Dragon-something. I believe marginata often has the reddish edge. Some are simply trained a certain way & therefore shaped differently. Good luck! Here's one link I found, with a thumbnail: http://www.ficusnfern.com/catalog/wpe20B.jpg
