Having a little fun (w/repost)
Here's one from Sunday I thought might have some abstract potential. Thoughts/suggestions/comments always appreciated.

Bill,
I like the mix of the pink and the green and the motion. It's a fun shot that makes you pause and look a little longer. I think I like it a little more with the grass cropped off the bottom and a little taken off the top. It makes it more abstract and kind of reminds me of a Dr. Seussian dandelion.

Thanks for your suggestions Dena. I agree 100%, and will post a cropped version later. I've not done many abstracts and thought I'd depart from the usual for a change.

I like it, too. The burst of colors, beautiful shades of green and magenta, and also the patterns of the branches and trunks. I think I would like to see it cropped as well, the top especially, but I kind of like the added cockeyed element that the sloped ground brings to the composition, and I think I would hate to see that lost.

Hey Bill really a fun cool image!! I like it. Kind of a Tim E style, go ahead and try the crop. You might want to see how a little more contrast looks to give it an even more abstract look.

Bill, I like it just the way it is!

Bill really cool. The colors work real well with the blue (sky I'm assuming) background. It almost looks as if the tree just "Burst" from the center out. I think also a slight crop of the grass line would give even more attention to the image itself, other than that I thinks it's Great! Very well done.

Bill, I like this as shown, it challenges our perception of reality. However, I'll bet it would work equally well with the crops suggested. Very nice abstract work and thinking outside the box!

Here's a re-do that I like a little better. Thanks for everyone's suggestions!

Bet it looks good on that canvas you're using now! This second version just explodes off the screen. Good work Bill.
