I just can't get enough of this bird. I like them even more with a low POV. This is just a great month to shoot these birds and I will:)
This will not be the last one to bore you with:)

Great shot Edwin.
(I had some wonderful times with these birds in holland some years back.)
Cheers
John
PS I am confused by the vertical line of reflection below the bird

HI Edwin,
Very, very nice image! I do agree with John about the reflection though!
I know what you mean but it's just the way it was. Here is a resized version of the origonal. No PP at all. Hope you can figure this out

Hi Edwin,
I think it’ll take a physicist with a degree in light diffraction to figure this one out!
You've just caught one of those unexplainable things that happen in life!
Lovely capture!

Lovely! Great colours and pov, the drip on the beak makes it. Great capture!

Gorgeous shot Edwin, lovely colours and BG.
Is the reflection just the bill - the dark/light of it matches. Given the angle this would then explain why there isn't a reflection of the bird itself. Can't explain why its in that position though!

Nicely captured, the soft colours really work well, and make a very pleaseing image.
