Eagle from Feb.
Shot this guy Feb 28, 75-300 lems 1/200 ISO 100 I cropped out some limbs and sky to get this view. This one was nice and sat for a while and I got several images of him. Will post another view later. We had a good winter for eagles with several hundred around. I shot so many that my wife said "go shoot something else.

Hey Kendall, I love this shot. For me, the depth of field is perfect considering it environment.
Thanks for sharing.

Hey, my thought is to always take advantage of the opportunities close at hand...

I know it'd be very special to have a large eagle population near by. I like this one, though it appears a touch soft. Perhaps a bit more sharpening would help it out. Good choice on the crop. Nice work!

Very nice capture, Kendall. I agree that the eagle's face is a little soft. If you can sharpen it at all, you'll increase the impact of the image.
