starling portrait
one thing my pool is very good at is producing starling portrait oportunities, i'm finding my 300 too much in these situations and i can't move back

Hi Jack,
Lovely portrait! A zoom is very handy to have in these situations, to vary the comp. I`ve got the Sigma 100-300 which John Robinson uses, and would recommend it!

Hi Jack,

Lovely capture! Good feather detail and exposure! Shame the DoF was stopped down a bit just to ensure the whole of the left leg was in focus (the right one looking at the image!).
