Bret Edge resident Moab expert told me about this cool waterfall outside of town, don't know how many of you have ever visited Ken's Lake south of town, but this waterfall falls down the red rock hillside to a small creek that feeds the lake. This image is certainly not the best, taken at midday in bright sunlight, but I bet with the right light this area could be a keeper. Just a little FYI next time you head out to this area.

I like it, even with the midday light.

It's called Faux Falls. The water originates from a drainage pipe, but that doesn't lessen the incredible-ness of the scene, with a waterfall roaring below redrock spires.
The water actually originates in the La Sal mountains. It was re-routed to form Ken's Lake and it does appear to spring from a drainage pipe above the actual falls.
Not a bad image for mid-day light, Joe. Glad you found the falls and enjoyed your trip to Moab.
