I was given the opportunity to go on a bid (bird) of pray day with Mark Sissons having never been one before I was not sure what to expect, I had a great day out and managed to capture some lovely images of very exotic and beautiful birds here is one of my favourites from the day.
I thought it would be very easy with captive birds but to get a nice image can be just as difficult nearly as getting them in the wild.

Hi all I have just put a new page on my web site which contains some of the images I managed to get there is only five or six at the moment but it will be updated as soon as I have processed a few more.

Looks like you had great day/experience. I think you hit the nail on the head when you thought the day was going to be easy because they are captive bred birds. I liked that bit
Briliant shot though Phil & one to be pleased with.

Nice pictures. I did take a look at your site.
Maybe sometime I'll "catch" them also.

Glad you enjoyed the day Phil - lighting was just right for this flight sequence, but you need to know what you're doing with your camera still - it really is no easier just because there's a (c) in the title!!
