I've had a great time with Danny Green on Texel. Also met up with Jeroen and his cousin. We did some nice Avocets, Bearded Tits and Purple Herons.
Here's one of mine.
iso 320 1/1600 sec. F8.

Very very nice, exposure is spot on... my only nit and this is a very personal thing is that I do like to see the legs of these (although I am sure, knowing you, you have those as well :biggrin: )

Spot on for me - understand what Phil is saying but the colours on this are so nice that the water adds a real sense of place to the image. (Note to self - really must get to Texel sometime!)
