Plum gardening
Here is another view of the plum tree in Kalin's shot. I've posted another shot in the Man & Nature forum. Unfortunately all three plums I found in the garden are right next to roads.

I like the open crop. Hopefully your 4x5s turn out well.

Mel, I like this shot. I'm not sure if it's possible (since I'm not familiar with this location) but I'd like to see a horizontal shot with more fence and the monolith rock on the left side and a little more on the bottom of the shot. It's great to FINALLY see spring arriving.

Laurie,

Its certainly possible, but you'll get a parking lot.

Here's to spring!

Mel, I thought that was probably the case. It's a Great comp with the limited space you had to work with. Also, I really like the shot you posted on M&N.

we have a plum tree in my backyard that's really blooming like crazy, this one looks a little behind compared to mine

Fantastic image Mel!

The wife and I drove by there today and she commented how that would make a nice photo. Had I got my butt out of bed, like I planned that morning, I would have met both you and Kalin and got my own version. :wavey:
