Nice... however bearing in mind I use stacking techniques a great deal during my every day work, at magnifications of anything up to x20 to x25, I am starting to wonder whether we are stacking for stackings sake at times and that sufficient DoF is available at normal shooting apertures. Saying that this is a very good example.
Would like more room at the bottom and I'm not too fond of the frame (that last bit is personal and not a nit)
All the best

Thank you for the encouragement Paul. If there are any spare after my granddaughter has finished with them, you are certainly welcome to them. GD has a superb flavour which surpasses that of all other cultivars I have grown.

I use the technique because of the excellent DOF and sharpness that can be produced.
Stopping down comes a poor second in many cases, I MHO. Both methods have their merits and drawbacks, but using the stacking technique certainly teaches me patience and attention to detail, and the results obtained can certainly be worth all the effort put in.
I use Helicon Focus Pro and is worth every penny IMHO.

These stacking shots are improving vastly! Very nice! Let me know when the fruits on and I'll pop round!

Nice to see you putting that camera to work and getting some stonking results.
Cheers
