English Cowslip..
...Primula veris. A beautiful flower that can be turned into beautiful wine, if you grow your own of course.

Oops, just read the guidelines. Due to the constraints of image stacking, absolutely no movement, the cowslips and grass are growing in pots and were photographed in my living room.

Apart from time spent indoors for photgraphic purposes they spend their time outside in the garden enjoying the fresh air, sunshine and rain.

Hi David,

Not sure about the background if I'm honest. On one hand it creates for a very dramatic and bold image. On the other hand though I'd prefer something a little more natural looking. Perhaps a very dark green as opposed to black.

Very dramatic.
Is it a background you carry around ? Hosking did this all the time. I like the more natural shots but I like this type as well .
Cheers
