As I was heading up to grab a paper and cup of coffee this morning I noticed a young bald eagle landing in a tree. I walked back down to get a better look and also noticed his potential breakfast along the shore. I returned with the camera and also noticed a heron sneaking up the shore. Wisely, mom and dad decided to move to a more hospitable location.
As usual pull no punches.

Hi Dave, great shot of this little clan. I guess there are a few benefits to living on the water--you look out your window and have nature right in front of you. Beats living in a subdivision I'm sure.
My only nits are that my eyes want to see the mother in focus. Also, the water looks a little grainy. Perhaps selective sharpening as opposed to overall sharpening would help.
