Greedy Gull
I went back today to the place where i shot the Heron taking a pike,That day i also shot a Marsh Harrier taking a dead pike and today this gull swooped down and grabbed another small dead pike,The image has a small crop and yes the original has the end of the wing slightly clipped

Now that's an impressive shot. Great action and the movement in the wing tip makes it even better.

Clipped wing or not it's a great capture Dave :toast:

Is there a bit of an Argalus outbreak in the water - pike get hit hard by this parasite - do the gill rakers look pale brownish on the dead fish?
