I'm curious to hear where you buy your picture frames at?
Secondly, I'm also interested in in which particular frame you use the most for your work?
(Black Frame, Metal / wood, double matted white on black, etc. etc...)
I'm not familiar with what is popular and selling with folks these days.
Thanks for your input,
Matt Anderson

For my standard black metal frames, I've been buying the "Currents" (CU421) model from http://www.americanframe.com/ Their prices are reasonable for a custom cut metal frame and you get a single mat for free. I recommend getting them with the Archival, 100% Acid Free mounting boards and the acrylic sheets (although you must educate your customers about cleaning them). I also build some of my own wooden frames. It's a bit of work, but can be rewarding.
Black, simple metal frames from AmericanFrame.com and white double mats. Black and White works well with anyone's home decor.

Simple black wood frames for me. To save money I order the frames un-assembled, they come precut and with all the hardware you need. I get them in bulk from a company called Documounts, I can also pick them up locally to avoid shipping costs. I've been happy with them so far.
