Hi: Can anybody recommend any PhotoShop Chat/Tutorial sites? I like the tutorials at Adobe.com, but I would like to find other sites. I would especially like to find a forum or chat site. (Right now I have questions about the PS Web Photo Gallery---and there are always other questions.) Many thanks.

Tim, here are a couple...

West Coast Imaging 'Knowledge Page" .

Computer Darkroom-Photoshop Tutorials .

I have found both of these sites to have well done tutorials. Check them out.

I've begun looking around for tutorial/chat sites I like. This one really grabs my attention:
http://www.graphics.com/index.htm
The site has very professional participants and lots of tutorials. Also, nicely designed. But I'm still looking for a site close to my level: simple.

Here's another site that seems about right for me:http://www.tutorial-center.com/
This site seems to have tutorials on very elemental PS issues. IE: using Web Photo Gallery.
But still looking for more.

Tim,

I would have to say that the National Association of PS Professionals (NAPP) found at www.photoshopuser.com has the very best PS material covering intro to advanced topics. Membership is $90 per year and includes enough in discounts to easily cover the cost. You won't find better materials. The NAPP site is quite a resource with links to a ton of other options. You can also try www.kelbytraining.com - a new site - with a ton of tutorials on PS. Luminous landscape is another well known site with a great reputation. Let me know if you find any of these fit your needs.

You'll find some excellent PDF/Video tutorials, along with digital darkroom tips and free PS actions & scripts at The Light's Right Studio.

You could join NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals) -- it costs but you get Photoshop User Magazine and there are many forums and tutorials on the website
www.photoshopuser.com

planet photoshop is also supposed to be a good source of tutorials -- don't know the url for sure but sure you can google it.

Another good one is Radiant Vista. Things older than a week or two require a subscription, but if you visit often you can see/download just about everything.

Hands down, one of the best photoshop users around, Colin Smith. He runs Photoshop Cafe, and is world known for his skills. Here is the link to his site. The second link is his forum, and you can sign up and get all the info your mind can handle. He is very very nice, helpful, and believe me, nothing you cannot ask he will not know.

His site:
