Sedge Warbler
Hi to all,

Sedge Warbler in it's enviroment , I really like the way the sedge/reed has a slight movement to it , makes for a very pleasing BG imo.

Sorry we couldn't meet up Mr Ashton , maybe next time

Great Post Andrew.
The direction of the BG blends with the headturn.
The perch counters. Very harmonic colors.

This I like - A LOT - nice one Andy :toast:

Just goes to show you don't need a frame-busting subject to come away with a good image - top shot Andy :wavey:

I like this too - I'm envious actually because I took a few shots of these an hour or so ago and didn't get one clean one.

Hi Andy,

What a stunning image! The background really makes the subject pop, big time! Beautiful complimentery colours! I really like the rule of thirds composition!

Lovely image Andrew. I really like this type of environment shot. Love the background, looks to be some movement in the reeds. Also love the way you have two opposing diagonals in the perch and the background reeds. I agree with Dave about botom L/H reed but that is a very minor niggle. Great stuff and I'd love to have taken it.
