This image was taken Wednesday night during sunset while a storm was clearing over the Front Range. I love spring time in Colorado and the viewpoints you can get in Colorado Springs of the entire Front Range during this time of the year while crazy weather is going on is even better! I used CS2 for some adjustments, and made some final adjustments on FLICKR's "Picnik" editing services, which I really like. Image was taken with my Oly E-1 and 14-54 lens. (still trying to sell it!) Thanks for looking. Oh, I have two other images from the same evening that are similar, but offer different perspectives. Check out my FLICKR account if you want to see them.
Nice, Justin. The light is pretty strong/harsh from the rhs, it might have worked better with more sun blockage, but it looks like you did what you could with it. I like the softer light in the fg. The tilt might be due to perspective, but you might consider straightening it, see how it looks.
Thanks for the reply. You're right, the light was very harsh and images only seemed to work out the wider the perspective I got. I'll look at the horizon...I adjusted two other horizons in similar shots for the reason that you noticed, but I don't think I adjusted this particular one. I'll check it out. Thanks again for the comments.
