Tawny Owl Chick
One from today's Elan Valley/Gigrin trip. It was great to meet everyone and thanks to Mike for organising a very enjoyable and successful day.

E-510, 300/2.8 + 2x TC, ISO 400, 1/80th @ f8, full frame.

does this mean we'll be seeing lots of red kite shots for the next 2 weeks then?

Just kidding, this is a great shot... makes me miss my gear! :toast:

Nicely done Paul. Good of Mike to get there early and superglue it to the stump for us, wasn't it.

Paul,

Great day yesterday, I'm defiantly going to invest in one of those stools you carry - great idea.
