Today Near Ward

Earlier in the morning I hiked about 6 miles in Eldorado Canyon, then I decided to head to Ward to see if the road to Brainard Lake was open yet, well no such luck, so next week I think I'll hike the 2 miles to Brainard. It was snowing pretty good in Nederland and Ward today

this is at Eldorado Canyon. Right past the entrance there is a turnoff and a parking lot, it's just a hundred yard hike passed the parking lot to this scene

This is along that hike I took this morning, the only problem I had was that the wind was blowing really hard so a few of the plants were blurred from motion

This is another scene up near Ward, I don't know I think I boobooed by including the brush in the right foreground, what ya think

Hi Paul, I was in the Ward area today, clear skies but evidence that there was snow yesterday!. I like the 2 shots from Eldorado Canyon, nice warm colours and textures!. The wind has just been relentless, not a photographers friend!.
