airial piracy
Olympus E-3, 150mm F2 plus 1.4 tc, hand held, 1/3200s at F5.6 ISO400 EV+1, C-AF

One from Saturday. (and it is not a composite image)

One of the topics of conversation in the hide was the colour wing tags. Apparently they are different at the various release sites, yellow is for my local Chilterns ringed birds and quite a few youngsters at Gigrin had yellow tags - just shows how far these birds move about now.

This is very nice Mike. The cloud bank in the background gives this shot an 'epic' feeling, looks as though it were taken at high altitude!

Nice shot Mike. Why swop down for your own food when you can nick someone elses. It's a pity none of got a shot of the pair that locked talons.

Top job Mike. There were two shots I would have killed for there on saturday. The locked talons and the one catching another bird's dropped meal in mid-air.

I love birds of prey and to get a shot or even chance in my area would be welcome.

Great capture !
