blimey, not been here for a while, nice to be back. see there are a lot of new names, which is good :)
ok, here's my first post since before christmas i think. as well as being engrosed in a couple of video projects, the uk weather and light have put me off some, so nice to be out and about in some nice foreign weather this last week.
here's a hare i found today. trying to hide.
comments welcome. D2x and i was using the terrible horrible 300 mm agian that i must throw in the tip soon. unless there is full sunlight in mid afternoon you need to shine a torch down it to get enough light.
ISO 100 160th/sec f5.6, crept up on it after i saw it duck in the grass.
comments welcome. especially as to the colours. just got a new PC and monitor and it looks way to rich. but same in cam settings as before so hoping it's just the monitor.

I hope you did enjoy yourself being overseas.
Nice hare shot. I like the giant eye peeking trough the grass. I think they really believe we can't see them

Good to see you posting again-typical hare pose showing their secretive nature

Cracking capture!
Slight cyan cast to my eye - but what can you expect from a cameraman
