Beauty along the highway
Compression is killing this one, as I had to Save for Web at 50%. :frown:

This is one of the numerous scenes of Redbuds that I encountered along US 31 while driving to Kentucky last week. This particular stand was in northern IN.

Nice view I was waiting for them to bloom this Springknew where there was a nice hillside I wanted to shoot. Got there and the road crew had mowed them all off.

Nice one Toni. I saw lots of scenes like it this spring - always on my way somewhere else with no time to stop and shoot. It does feel a tiny bit cramped on the sides - did you try a horizontal?

CJ...I'm not sure if I have a horizontal of this particular scene, which was across the road, but do know I got some on the west side where there were even more! I didn't really want to stop, but I knew the Redbuds would be done blooming in Kentucky, so what's a girl to do? Make the time!!! :biggrin:
