Compton's Double Falls
There is still enough water for it to be a double, but just barely. The mountain laurel were blooming all over it.

My boys and I hiked there yesterday. We were actually getting out of the car when Tim passed by. It was nice to get some firm directions since there is no trail for this waterfall. Thanks Tim!

Great shot Scott. I love the color of the water against the rock and then back to the green foliage and the hint of the pink blooms. Very nice, well done.

Hi Scott, you've been out doing quite a bit of waterfall chasing. Another really good waterfall shot. I haven't been to this one. Great job.

Hey Scott - I'm surprised there was this much water! Did you get down to the base and over to Owl Falls? So great to see you out with the boys - you cannot spend enough time doing that!

A really nice shot Scott. I like the varied greens you've captured and the subtle details hidden in the foilage. Great to hear you're out with the boys keeping the fire of nature alive in their lives.
