Bonjour
Just come back from my Holls....yesterday I went to visit my badger site hoping to see the cubs.... At +-19h00 the first came out....It was extrodinnary...
Taken with 70-200 canon and the 1.4 at 6.3 also mark 3 at 1000 iso and As I know some of you like things to be very precise...i have use 234 peanuts :jump: :jump: :jump: this picture has got the cub on the top and the female on the bottom right.
Have a great day, bonne journee a tous....

Hi Frederic, excellent shot. The massive oak certainly makes for a different and abstract scene. What a playground for the youngsters! :toast: :toast: :toast: Are you shooting a 1D or 1Ds? I know this may be a lot to ask, but could you email me a small 100% cutting of the image. I just want to see what the noise is like at ISO1000. Would be greatly appreciated! :wavey:

Thats a big tree-what a great setting and perfect for high ISO as you do not tend to see grain with this kind of background

Its a great shot Frederic,

Within a large tree must be a relatively rare choice for these creatures to set-up home  Ive never seen any similar shots, {apart from this series of yours}, and agree with the previous comments.
