Latourell Falls

This one was a challenge to get droplet free. Im leaning towards a square crop due the stretched corners from the 10mm. Also I am wondering if it is a bit too saturated. Not a whole lot of PP was done, but the greens and yellows were showing real bright. Any comments or suggestions are always welcome!

I'm not so sure a square crop would be better than what you've got here. The greens would be largely eliminated in a crop and they really add to the scene, I'd hate to see them removed. Saturation is fine to me, the contrast is especially good. I would ideally like to see a longer exposure, but I know all too well thats virtually impossible from this angle at this time of year. Don't think you could have wished for a better result.

Very good, Bryan - you got some great stop-action of the falls.... well done!

Nice shot, Bryan - I agree with Bryan Swan that you'd lose too much by cropping this. Having shot this area many times, one of the details I like in this shot is that the mineral stains are pretty subdued around the splash pool (unfortunately, this stream has private homes and roads in the headwaters, with resulting salts from lawn fertilizer and road runoff accumulating on the rocks - it also leads to a lot of algae growth in the stream).

I love the title  . This is such a hard fall to capture well, I like what you've done here.
