LTT on Gorse
One from my local patch!

1D MkIII 500 + x1.4 iso 400 f8 @ 1/2000

It seems very unusual to see a photo of a LTT that isn't surrounded by leaves and twigs! It makes a very nice shot, although the bird it a bit to obscured by the perch for my liking.

Cheers,

Dan.

He's looking in a reflective mood there David

Nice detail and the colours are beautifully saturated - nice capture all round :toast:

Hi Daniel

I think this bird (one of a pair) were nesting in the Gorse and the female was yet to lay as I often saw both birds. I did get other clear shots (see attached)!

Excellent shots both of them. Were they mine I'd be highly chuffed.

Great colours and a lovely clear view of this difficult (for me anyway) bird

Very crisp and different shot of a Long tailed tit, looks great against the blue sky!

Beautifully exposed shot and nicely different from the ones I'm used to seeing (and taking).

Yellow flowers and a blue sky always set things off nicely and these are no exception!
Nice to be able to choose which one to post!

Great work. :toast: :toast: :toast:

Hi Dave

First is great... second is IMO better, I think Frederic is living a touch on the dangerous side....

Prefer the first David - find the tail in the second just leads me into the gorse stem on the left. Might clone out the little insects in the gap too, but they are beautifully exposed and sharp - know how flighty these guys are!
