Broad Bodied Chaser
Canon 40D, Sigma 180, F13, 1/8, ISO 100, Tripod, Cable Release, MLU.

Just popped out to the local pools today why it was raining to see what was about. Well what a nice surprise this fella turned out to be. :wavey:

superb Guy, lovely and sharp throughout. Too much wind around here for f13 and ISO 100  I think this is an immature male isn't it? I've still not spotted any of these around my way.

Beautiful! - looks a little cold to my monitor though. Easy to adjust in WB.

Great stuff as ever Guy.

Very nice indeed Guy.

Stunning shot - I'm not sure if I've seen one of these before. Beautifully clear shot and nicely composed.

Hi Guy,

WOW!!! Splendid image! Were about three weeks behind everyone else I'd say! Talk about a late spring!

Nice one! Chased a female around a local pond the other day, but never got a background like this. Well done. :toast: :toast:

Another gorgeous insect shot Guy, well photographed! And my favourite dragonfly, too.
