I very much appreciate the kind and constructive comments I have received from my latest posts of the Flint Hills.
This is another from that weekend trip. Friday evening after walking for miles I climbed to the the highest plateau in that area with an open view to the west. I just sat there for probably 30 minutes socking up the abundance of well, everything.
This is the full image, may consider cropping some of the green land from the bottom but wanted to put it all here.
1 exposure processed twice in raw.

There's so much to consider here Brad. The wonderful play of light and shadow on the hillsides, the features moving through the draws and of course the wonderful sunset sky. While taking some off the bottom may enhance the scene, I rather like it as it adds a sense of the vastness of the prairie.
Brad, I'm not sure that this qualifies as constructive comments, but I find this to be a striking photograph and of such a peacful scene. You have managed to capture a nice example of Mother Nature's use of complementry colors.
