Some of the online photo houses will do poster prints. It's been a long time since I've checked them out for rates, though. The bigger the size, the fewer houses will be capable of producing the poster.
I've had excellent luck making poster sized prints using El-Co Color Labs.
I sent them a 6MP DSLR file and had a 20 x 30 enlargement produced as an experiment, and I was floored by the quality of the print! They use their own RIP to resample the images upward, so you just send them the original size file (optimized, of course).
The prices aren't half bad, either.
The only catch is that you need to order a minimum of two poster sized enlargements.
I've recommended this outfit to several acquaintances in the past, and have always seen the same reaction from them that I had when I opened my first order.
