An alternate view of Oneonta from nearly a month ago. I chose a very low angle to highlight a small cluster of rocks that created a nice ripple. The rolling effect of the creek was what originally caught my eye here. The warm browns of the underwater rocks complement the vibrant greens we have been so lucky to have this spring. C&C encouraged!

Looks good, Bryan.. wishing the walls on the left had a little more detail though... I'll bet this is roaring pretty good right now.. I drove by a few times today, guess I should have taken a look... seems like you can see forever into the distance on this one..

Hi Bryan,

All in all I really like this. I agree with Ned that some more shadow detail on the right would be nice, although the total black adds some weight and mystery for me. I like how the water leaves a "window" through to the rocks in the FG. The rim lighting on the canyon walls in the BG is really nice.

I too like the ripple/roll of the stream. I'll echo the shadow comments above.

A little more texture in the water would complement the texture in the upper part where the green is. Also it would please my own personal preference. It's also just great the way it is.
