For those of you who have uploaded photos to PhotoPortfolios.net and have elected to receive emails, here are a few important points to keep in mind in regards to image requests;
1. Do NOT simply use the "reply" function to respond - you will only send the response to me! You MUST use the email address provided in the body of the notification and create a "new email" for your response.
2. I screen ALL requests! Any request you receive has been screened based on contact information provided and the nature of the request. Only requests that appear to be legitimate are approved for the mass email.
3. If a request comes through that is obviously intended for a specific member, I will forward that information to that member only.
