Hello everyone,

I am going to be visiting WA starting tomorrow and was planning to head out to Ruby Beach from Tuesday to Thursday. I have already been to Rialto and Second beach but never made it to Ruby and don't really know how to get there. Can anyone let me know how to get there from Seattle (or really from Forks)?

Thanks,

Y.

Just head south from Forks on Hwy 101 about 25 miles or so. It's well signed, can't miss it.

How long are you going to be visiting Washington for and what are your other intended destinations?

I am landing in Seattle tonight, spending a couple of days (until Monday or Tuesday), then heading to the coast un til Thursday afternoon (I am not sure if will spend all that time at Ruby...actually after seeing one of your shots of Ann Lake I was tempted to switch courses :D). Then from Thursday to Sunday I'll be attending Art Wolfe's workshop near Port Angeles. Back home on Monday.

I think you're best sticking to the coast. That lake won't be snow free until mid-late august at the earliest judging by this year's snow pack. Have fun.
