Oly E-3, 50mm macro plus 25 mm extension tube, tripod. Jpeg converted to duotone, curves and contrast sharpening. Full frame cropped square.

Yep, definately an interesting/different choice of subject-matter Mike,

I'm wondering if a plain/smooth type of bg would have worked better, and given it a more abstract type look.

Definately think the strong lines/curves work nicely in B&W :toast:
