lilly of valley
Spent part of yesterday with a friend shooting bicycle races. While waiting for racwes to get back between laps I looked behind me and found these and some columbine. 400mm f5 1/100 ISO 400 It was a gray overcast day and these are in shadow I had left the tripod in the van 1/2 mile away.

The colors and lighting work well here. Was it windy by any chance, or is it your choice of depth of field that allowed only a few of the lilies to be in focus?

It was not windy but I had only taken my 70-300 lens. The flowers were on a bank and I could not get another perspective. There was also a lot of people moving by. Sorry sounds like I am making excuses. I was just happy to get the shot there asnd will have to see if I can get back to do better.
