South Falls Skinny
What do you think of this? Taken last September at SIlver Falls State Park in an attempt to catch some autumn color (a little too soon unfortunately). I tried to frame the falls and compliment the narrow profile of the low-flow falls with the 3 foreground trees.
I've thought about returning to catch some better lighting at a similar time of year, but wanted to get some opinions.

Canon 20d
EF 24-105 L IS @ 24mm
ISO 100 - 2 secs - f/22
Circ Pol
Blend in PS CS3 for the trees, and some edge burns

I agree with Jesse... I'm not too keen on the branches intersecting the falls. Other than that, I think it looks good.

I don't think I have ever seen the flow this miniscule....! Classic composition..

Elegant. This sure is vertical. I don't think the tree on the left adds much... it seems like it should be more in the frame or all the way out. I actually like the top branch on the centermost tree. The lower branch isn't great.

Not bad at all. The branches don't bother me nearly as much as the ferns in the LLC. I think this would be a great comp with the falls centered behind / among the trees.
