Firstly it would help to post the image at 720px on the longest side rather than the 500px that you have posted! Much easy for us to see more clearly!
Now the composition looks a little too central for my taste! If it was mine I'd crop some from the left hand-side of the frame just to de-centralise the subject!
Nice background allowing the subject to pop nicely but I feel a touch more contrast to bring out the best in the colours of the subject and perch!
