Fulmar
Hi to all,

Fulmar , photographed at Bempton cliffs last weekend , when compared to other seabirds Fulmars make flight seem so effortless , a true king of the air , with the bird being side on I wasn't sure how to compose this shot??? , any thoughts would be appreciated , thanks for looking.

When birds are this big in the frame the only thing you can really do is leave some room in front which is what you have done-very nice image of a cracking bird-love the dangling feet

Composition is great. Colours and details are also really good. Very nice indeed!

Hi Andy,

Now this is one of the best Fulmar shot in flight I've had the pleasure of viewing! Love the colours throughout this image! As for the composition - prefect! The bird looking straight into the bottom right corner works gallantly to my eye!

Think this is a stunner. The hovering posture and blue hues make this one stand out from the average bird in flight shots. I think it is composed well. As it is hovering, you need a bit more room below for it to be looking into. :toast: :toast: :toast:
