My first effort on a freshly calibrated screen using bibble pro for the first time and about twenty different techniques that I had never known existed until a fellow npn user went miles out of his way to show me them. I shan't mention his name in case I have made a mess of it, but he knows who he is and I am incredibly grateful for his patience.
So does it look ok?

Looks mighty fine to me Eric :toast:

Scary prospect, when faced with a new software, and a zillion new options

Looks like you are getting to grips with it VERY nicely!!

Lovely shot :toast:

Not as scary as having me actually turn up on the doorstep ehh Eric

Looks nigh spot-on to me matey - nice one (apart from the bloomin' square crop!) :toast: :toast:

Say 'Hello' to Mrs.Eric for me, and the crazy dog, and the noisy duck, and the cat

Why the sq. crop? Processing is spot on IMO. Nice clean shot. :toast: :toast:

processing looks perfect to me too. A lovely image, although I'm not sure the crop does show it at its best. A bit off the top and bottom might help, although this is of course subjective.

If it's processing feedback you're after then this is spot on Eric - sounds like time well invested as you were obviously a good student!

Looks pretty good to me from a processing point, I do find the twig above the bird a bit distracting though.

Thank you for your comments, they are appreciated. Point taken about the crop. I'm not even sure why I did that as I don't usually crop square. Watching everything else and took my eye off that one I guess.
