The cubs are getting very shy now-2 are rarely seen and the bold one is getting difficult to shoot-could be the weather not helping but i think their instincts are kicking in-which is a good thing

Hi Dave

I think this is a big print shot to get the effect!! I like it!!!
Mine are the same now they have distributed along a huge area and are very rarely together, they are no longer adorable enquisitive balls of fluff but are very wary youngsters!!

Cheers

Lovely shot. I feel that the in focus area on the left is a slight distraction, and could be blurred in photoshop, but it's a minor nit :toast:

Dan.

I agree with the above comment but otherwise I think this is a super shot!

Now that is a really appealing shot Dave, big print or "double page spread" stuff, very nice indeed!

Nice shot Dave but I agree about the left hand side being a bit intrusive. I would either crop (but can see that that may compromise the composition) or do some of that PS voodoo stuff to blur it.

Added some Gaussian blur to the LH side

a very unusual shot, I like it. I also prefer the second.

Hi Dave, :wavey: ,my eyes are drawn to the big trunk on the left,so not sure about this one,but thats just me suppose  ,shame about them getting more wary but had to happen sooner or later, make the most of them now

Nice shot. Love the cup looking between the branches.

The repost is definitely better my eye goes straight to the cub's face every time now. that's a beauty.

Hi David
A great image I think I prefur the second although I can see what Barrie mean's, the right hand side would work nice as a portrait crop.

Its the sort of image to make you ask whats going on here and with the added cuteness of the fox cub.Nice to be different :toast:

I like this one Dave. Great piece of selective focusing.

I've enjoyed the series of images a lot, I like what you've done hear. i think it shows how there getting more weary very well. Myself i would be tempted to take about 20% of the left, for some reason I keep finding my eye dragged left.
